Healthy diet

Your physical health all starts from having healthy diet and routine. From eating well to exercising daily, even though these actions may look small they can make a big difference in your life. So that also means that you must have good discipline to STAY HEALTHY.


Vegan

A vegan diet includes all plant based foods like fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains, and nuts, and excludes all animal products like meat, fish poultry , dairy, eggs ,honey and any foods that contain gelatinous ingredients. There are many positive sides of vegan diets and these are one of them. They offer several health benefits, including weight loss, lower risk of chronic diseases and heart attacks. It also reduces environmental damage because less animals get hunted down. It increases energy levels due to improved nutrients and easier digestion of plant based food. Vegan diets may have a lot of positive effects but it also has several negative effects, and these effects could potentially be deadly on a large scale. For example, it can lead to fatigue, higher fractured risked and potential cognitive issues. In conclusion a vegan diet has both positive and negative effects, so it really depends on your preference with what food you eat.


Vegetarian.

A vegetarian diet is very different but important to several people( 1/5 of the world). It includes vegetables, fruits, legumes, pulses, whole grains, nuts, seeds, dairy and eggs. But both dairy and eggs are optional and it depends on your cultural heritage. It also includes all soy based products like tofu, tempeh etc. But it excludes many foods that other people think is very important, like all animal flesh including red meat, poultry, fish, seafood etc. The vegetarian diet includes many positive effects that can help you keep healthy, first it will improve your heart health, which will reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases. This diet can also manage your weight, vegetarians often having a lower BMI (body mass index) because fruits, vegetables grain generally have lower calories. There may be a lot of positive effects in a vegetarian diet but there are several negative effects. For example, since there are not a lot of vegetarian people, so there not a lot of vegetarian restaurants, so they have a limited amount of places to go eat or buy. 


Pescatarian


The pescatarian diet includes all plant based food and what is different from vegetarian is that pescatarians eat fish. The diet can improve heart health, reduces chronic disease risks and provides very important nutrients. Like all of the other diets explained above each diet has positive effects, but it also has several negative effects. Since they only eat fish, larger predator fish have higher levels of potentially dangerous substances, like mercury, and if you to much it will lead to neurological issues. It is a huge concern to people, young children, pregnant women and could potentially be dangerous to elderly on large doses. Fresh seafood, premium fish usually wild caught can be extremely expensive, more expensive than poultry and vegetables.


Omnivore 

The omnivore diet is the most popular, having 73 percent  of people in the world, but out of the 73 percent 14 percent is flexitarian, which means you eat all plant based food and rarely eat meat or fish. Different from vegetarian, pescatarian and vegans, omnivorous individuals eat all food from meat, poultry and plant-based foods, so they basically eat almost everything. The omnivorous diet has both positive and negative effects this diet can help you have the perfect amount of protein, carbs and vegetables since there is no restrictions, so you can have all the essential nutrients you need. Carbs give you energy for the day, protein supports your muscles and immune system and vegetables and fruits reduce the risks of having chronic conditions like the vegetarian diet does. Omnivores also have negative effects such as higher intakes of saturated fats, higher risks of obesity and a big environmental footprint.


Remember that all of these diets have good and bad sides, but as long as you exercise well and stay healthy, good diet shouldn’t be much of a problem, so you should pick what’s most comfortable for you.
